      Quiz Night @ High Easter Village Hall,

A goodly crowd of 80 plus turned out for what was a very good evening's fun.  Louise and her good looking young man set the questions and also checked the answers, and they made an excellent job of both.

In all there were 5 sets of 10 questions of various subjects.  We did 3 sets by 9.00pm when the Supper of Fish/chicken and Chips arrived bang on time.  There were a few extra meals left after everyone had been served and these were quickly snapped up proving that the food must have been ok, or that people hadn't eaten for a week (take your choice) !!

After Supper we did the other two rounds and then a Picture Quiz.  The winning team called themselves The Pringles and went home with a Cup and a case of Chardonnay Wine to share. The Leader of the winning team was Jo Pinkerton or Andrew Smith, not sure which, but they both went home with a smile on their faces. 

The winning margin was very close with only 5 points between the first 3.

Many thanks to Louise and Richard and also Shirley Luscombe and Judy for all their hard work in making the night a success.  Many thanks also to all who stayed behind to clear up.  The Management of High Easter Hall really appreciated it !!
