MARCH  2008

Time to hang up the hunting horns again (sad time of year).

A slightly difficult end to the season again this year with Donald managing to get his leg caught in wire whilst hunting up at Bartlow and that bought about  a premature end to his season.  Dear old Ollie took up prime position but with the ground being so dry and compacted and his huge flat feet he soon became very foot sore. Then the rain started and that cancelled the next day leaving only one day at Lindsell.   John Young very kindly leant us JD for the day so we managed to end on a good note.

Hopefully hounds will now settle down to their summer vacation.

The puppy lodges are receiving the finishing touches which should be completed for our first litter which is due soon. (Puppy walkers beware).
